Book Property

1. In order to maintain a healthier environment we require that guests remove shoes before getting to the top of the stairs.
2. No parties.
3. No smoking or vaping in the apartment or on the property.
4. Please refrain from using the induction cooktop for deep frying or high heat saueting as the unit does not have a kitchen exhaust fan. The cooktop is reserved for boiling or light cooking such as making an egg.
5. No overnight visitors not listed on your reservation.
6. One (non- crawling, non- walking) Infant is welcome but must be specified on your reservation. The stairs are dangerous for a crawling or toddling baby.
7. We allow no more than 6 people in or on the property at any one point in time and we ask that your guests are only present between the hours of 10:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
8. Guests are to follow all local and state laws.
9. Guests agree to know and agree to the following fees:
A.) Smoking or Vaping $200 for each day you are in the apartment or on the property smoking and/or vaping.
B) Late checkout: $50 (unless preauthorized).
C) Replacement cost of missing or broken items that are a part of the unit or property.
10. You ensure that you have a crime free record and that you will not carry any weapons onto the property.
11. A violation of the house rules can lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
12. You agree to be booking in goodwill and that you will not attempt to damage the property for any reason including because you are dissatisfied with a ruling made by the the booking platform and/or the host in the event that a violation of the house rules occur
13. If a guest's violations of the house rules leads to the host having to discount or refund the next guest that guest is responsible for covering the resulting costs

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

*If after 30 days, guests request to shorten their length of stay, exceptions to the cancellation policy listed above, are at the owner's discretion.
