We cater to guests looking for a place to stay from 2-120 nights. We live in a primarily adult neighborhood, on a fairly active street with plenty of bikers, runners and walkers. The evening and night times are routinetly quiet! The shoreline has developed over a long period of time so the architecture of the houses is quite varied. The southern portion of the street is dedicated to a massive prairie. On a clear day, you can see Chicago (along with a few other towns along the shore). The lake is ever changing and there is always something to see! You must experience the full moon over the lake! We pride ourselves in keeping a clean and tidy house and property. I understand what it is like to be away from home for long periods of time so creating a cozy, functional, welcoming place was high on my list of priorities. We would love to host like- minded people. Sound good? Please note that we are very close to Sand Dunes which is kind of a fun bonus!

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
*If after 30 days, guests request to shorten their length of stay, exceptions to the cancellation policy listed above, are at the owner's discretion.
